I know wheels don’t generate speed nor wind.. show me where I said that.
A plane hanging from a string, at zero wind speed, isn’t immediately flying, Sherlock.
I don’t do coatings for svt members anymore. There were tons of issues.
the rears come apart easy and can be put back together with either a cube thing or a rear brake tool from harbor freight or something. The rear pistons screw back on.
here’s a single cylinder one I made earlier in the year with bolt on aluminum heads. The bolt on design is easier to wok with, but who can say no to bullet casings?!
the casings are press fit on, glued with 272 high temp loctite, and pinned on. They’re never coming off
the air and exhaust ports are mounted on the backing plate. The cylinder pivots with crank rotation changing between the intake and exhaust ports alignment during its stroke. It’s called a rocker or wobbler set up
Hey SVTP, I wanted to share a project I’ve been working on. It’s a twin cylinder steam/compressed air engine. Each cylinder has two compression strokes per revolution, so combined there’s 4 power strokes per flywheel revolution. The cylinders have a .500” bore and a .700” stroke. Piston and rods...
I was busy. It was a blessing. I made some great friends.
Then I got really busy and it was overwhelming.
people didn’t pay for parts until they were coated and ready to ship back. Nobody prepaid for coating.
Did someone maybe miss their local car show because I had their parts still...
Who got ripped off? Like i stole from them, or they didn’t get a part back, or they just didn’t get an instant turn around? I owe nobody anything.
sample car guy message: What’s your turn around time?
Me: 2-3 weeks.
guy mails me parts ground shipping and it takes 5-7 days to get to me...
