Mach has LT's,H pipe,cat back, 4:10's, cold air,and tune..307/318...13 has 3:73, MagnaFlow exhaust,cold air. Who wins?

I just bought a 03 Mach with LT headers and H pipe with cat back..it was SCT tuned. Will this pass the OBD test? The check engine light is not on.

I have a 03 Mach 1 with headers,cold air intake,and 4:10 gears. A buddy wants to run me at our local 1/4 track. He has a mid early to mid 70's 350 with headers,and 3:55 gears and 4 speed. How bad of a beating is he looking at?

I have an opportunity to purchase a terminator at a very good deal. The only problem is the miles(96K). Would you guys and gals buy a car with this many miles and take the word of the seller that it has been taken care of? I am also concerned about the resale value.
