What alternator should i go with, OEM or aftermarket, like the ones they offer on Lethal Performance??? the one on my cobra is dropping voltage at high rpms and causing to lean out. My tunner said to replace the alt. but which one?

just installed a cobra irs in my mach1, but everytime i release clutch after getting in gear, i hear a thump. It sounds like if something shifts and hits under the car. Every was tightened, its my first irs.

Wondering if anyone can help before i spend money on buying the wrong parts. My car loses voltage when i get around 6k rpm. I data loged it and noticed i gets down to around 10volts of course the car starts to lean out since my pumps are not gettin the voltage they need. I have a new autozone...
