I currently have a 99 cobra already with the 8.8" solid rear axle. Looking to purchase another housing for the car to build up so I can just swap when I am ready. I am looking to purchase a 8.8 out of a GT prefferably 1999 and up. I believe that will be the correct rear for my rear wheelbase...

Has anyone in here with a solid rear axle swap had the tubes welded to the center section? I am interested in doing it soon. The only problem is that the tubes are steel, and the center section is cast iron to my understanding which is pretty tough to weld to.

I have broken the screen in my black ipod 30 gig. Unit works fine but cant read what it is doing on screen to due to me breaking it grrr.. Found replacement screens on ebay. Anyone have any luck successfully buying one and changing it? Rob [email protected]
