What is the approx boost level with a TVS with 2.385/2.4 upper with stock lower and stock manifolds? Ok to run on 93?

Have the older 2.3 TVS with a bigger elbow that is not port matched. Is there any gains to be had by porting and polishing the blower, and port matching the plenum? Worth the cost and risk of opening it up? Thanks for input.
