when you go to the dmv to register ask them for paper work to register as a collector car they will give you a forum to mail to Trenton. I mailed a copy of the svt certificate to them with the forum and they approved it. Check online maybe you can get the forum ahead of time

I’m in nj. since I don’t drive my car all the time I registered it as a collector car it’s only a safety inspection they give you a triangle sticker instead of the standard one . You only get inspected once every 2 years. The only thing is your limited to 6k miles over those 2 years.

At the time my fenders where not rolled There are plenty of people who do run them with there fenders not rolled. I have coil overs all 4 corners and I did not have it dialed in when these where on my car.
