I dont know guys. I tripple checked and I am just about 15.5psi on a hard pull. I guess when the time comes I will just swap out the pulley for a 2.9 or 2.8. I guess boost is just a measurment of restriction so the better the engine breaths the lower the boost but higher the power.

OP I am having the same issue with that heat exchanger. Had the car dynoed yesterday with a vmp tvs and was 150 charge temps at idle after a pull with a 3.0 upper only on 93. My cooler is going in the trash. If you notice the pump swap fixes things please let me know.

Same issue here with the clip rubbing on the heads. I did get a rubber pad/gasket to seal between the sensor and the intake. Am I the only person that noticed that those idiots put the air temp sensor directly in front of the MAF sensor? It could have been put almost anywhere but in that spot!

What coil packs and mounts are you using with the BS3? I am getting ready to install mine but it came with the old LS1 coils. I cant help but think there are newer coils out there that will work better. I was told to look for smart coils but have no idea what will work with the BS3.
