Literally zero action on it, other than other ludicrous offers from people that aren't local. My only assumption was the fact that it's Screaming Yellow, and very much not a color for everyone...
The only reason this car sold at this price was because I've had it up for sale since shortly after getting my GT500, nearly 6 months, and never had any action on it and I didn't want the payments through the winter when I'm planning on building up my 500.
I'm not sure how I can say this any...
The shop I took it to isn't open on the weekends, so I'm really not sure how you called and they said it was on it's way out...
I'm not going to be that guy and post all of your personal information to prove that it was your wife that posted a review. I will in a PM with the mods, but not in...
Literally just got on here to see if this guy is flaming me on here as well. The car was running perfectly fine when he left with it. I had bought a 240amp alternator for the car the begining of last September. The new one crapped out on the guy 10 miles out of town. He bought a new one and I...
Forgot to mention that it also has a 200amp HO PMA alternator with the heavy duty positive line running to the battery.
Want to get this sold before too much further into summer, got plans that I want to get rolling forward. Someone shoot me an offer.
Nope, the previous owner actually had new stock height springs installed when he had it. The tall rears tilting it forward and filling that rear fender well just give it the look of being lowered.
I've decided to sell my 2004 Cobra. Only reason I'm selling is I want to focus more on my other car and make the garage usable again (in terms of space).
This just rolled over 100k miles, but would not be able to tell from looking at it. The body is in excellent condition, with not a single...
So I just got done changing the gears to 3.73, rebuilding the traklok, and resealing the rear differential. During this I upgraded the cover to the Ford Racing cover, having read about many horror stories involving the stock cover.
I'm planning on buying a set of the MT ET Street R 305/45r17's...
Yes, I had adjusted it.
We just got done replacing the clutch, ToB, and Pilot bearing. The previous owner had put this clutch in just to get it sold and it wasn't up to the task. The pilot bearing was also completely shot, though it made no noise while in the car.
Just got done putting in a new...
I'm going to just pull the transmission and take a look at the clutch. It was purchased and installed right before I bought it and the guy I bought it from says it was one thing, the guy that installed it says it was another, and the color I can see says another. >.>
Had some pretty nasty...
Yup, I've got it tightened to the max and it's still not affecting the shifting ability and also does the little lurch. Like I was saying, it's engaging/disengaging within an inch of the top of the pedal travel :/
So the car had minor issues getting into gear when I purchased it a few months ago, but it has progressively gotten worse, near the point of undrivable now. The clutch barely has 5000 miles on it...
While the engine is off the transmission goes into each gear super smooth. As soon as it starts...
How I wish we had E85... All three of my cars would benefit greatly from it.
After I get her running right, I'm seriously considering water/meth injection. As that's the only way of getting decent gas around here (excluding buying race gas and never driving out of town). I know it's had a ton...
My boost gauge keeps track of highest/lowest boost/vac it reads. After many resets, it always seems to read 19psi for highest and about -22 for vac.
Like I said before, it's only hitting that top boost at the very peak of the RPMs. It tends to hang around 18 for most of the upper-mid range.
