Easy answer, 2.3 tvs. For a street car, especially on 91/93, this blower is king. I don't have a 3.0 but I do have a gen 4 2.9 crusher and i can tell you the 2.3 has more snap in it. With that being said the 2.9 on a 10.5:1 e85 motor is rowdy

Got ya. How much fluid does that Harpel tank hold? Just a word if advice, run a little coolant in that system. It will help keep everything lubed and prevent corrosion. And keep an eye on outside temps with just water, you don't want to burst the i/c. I know h-town doesn't get below freezing...
