They do. There is only one version of the Steeda K-Member, but the Spring perches are optional for those who don't run coil overs.

No one else made an H pipe that fit the Mac long tubes aside from Mac unfortunately. The Lethal X was a hit as an option for an X pipe, but what you're specifically looking for doesn't exist unfortunately.
