As long as you don't mix the coolants, you can use whatever brand you want. However, Ford recommends Gold. Gold actually replaced the green.

Do you have the AFR kit they offer or do you monitor 02 sensors? I've read the AFR kit isn't necessary because of the fact you can monitor all the 02's.
