im gonna try to eliminate my possible belt slippage by switching to a gaterback belt (from my napa belt) because of my top end boost drop, im going to notch the tensioner with my 2.81 pulley, stock lower, 100mm steeda idler...im currently running a 74" belt....im looking at mayb e a 73"-73.75"...
I got it dyno tuned today at swanson performance, my old numbers were 417rwhp and 462 rwtq with 2.8 pulley, bassanni catted -x, mac 3" catback, straight shot intake with the canned predater tune,(note the low hp number) now the only change has been the steg stage iv w/ t.b and plenum port...
iv got the mods in sig plus will have a steg stage 4 port in a few days, I NEED A GOOD TUNE, from a shop that has diablosport tuning capabilities/software...because i currently have the diablosport with the "pulley tune = crap" iv heard of a few but any recommendations?? thanks
i have a steeda 2.8 pulley, stock lower, and only saw 13.2# boost max...i thought this was normal, but now iv heard that it should be around 15# any reason why im only seeing 13# or maybe is it that my pulley is not really a 2.8? only other mods are x-pipe w/ cats, 3" mac catback, straight shot...
