    WTB: Multiple Bolt on items

I assume this is for your 02 GT? I am pretty positive I have stock injectors and maf still. I will double check when I get home in a couple of hours. I have the stock plenum/throttle body as well.

WTF is wrong with my fuel tank/evap?

My car does this. I just keep some paper towels ready (around the nozzle if I am filling up to full on the gas tank). It only shoots out a little bit of gas (I am guessing due to pressure). However, I know for certainty that the anti-siphon nozzle on my filler neck is broken off. I ended up...

2V GT takes down new 5.0!

Not trying to keep an old thread alive...but I know how dead most of the forums seem to be lately. After searching his posts, I found the below: https://www.svtperformance.com/threads/tork-tech-gt-new-wheels-toyo-r888-content.1064010/ Looks like he is using Zedd SL5 rims with Toyo R888 tires...

    Intake

Agreed, I would get other things first. However, once you have more of a built car, you could look at the TrickFlow 2v Street Burner intake manifold.

I believe the Möhne, Edersee, and Sorpe Dams were several dams destroyed during Operation Chastise. That was super cool though to see the bomb work in action! Thanks for sharing

    Engine Moan

I spoke with Vortech briefly and they mentioned a bad bearing would sound more like a grinding or squealing noise. Might also sounds like a can with marbles in it. So this doesn't sound like that...but I am trying to figured out where the vortech whistle went. I sent them the video and they...

    Engine Moan

Correct this unit is self contained. I have changed the oil every 7,500 miles if not sooner after the initial change at 2,500 miles. I can't recall the exact time I changed the oil on it last but I can change the oil on it again if you think that might be the issue. The dip stick looks good...

    Engine Moan

Hey guys, I have recently heard a weird noise coming from my engine. It sounds like a moan of some sort. I am not sure if it is my alternator, my supercharger, or possible the power steering? One thing my brother mentioned to me is that he doesn't hear the typical vortech blower sound on my...

My 1999 Newedge Dream Build is almost complete!

I remember seeing that car on IG. Definitely feel bad for all that shit you had to go through man. I couldn't even imagine having to deal with ALL of those different issues. Thanks for sharing your story! I enjoyed reading it and am glad you stuck through it.

[Near finished project]Do my numbers make sense or is there something missing?

I am unable to see the image you linked so I can't comment on the graph. If your fuel is going lean though, depending how much, that may be enough reason to get retuned, or at the very least, stay out of that rpm range. Just like I am with the 91 octane, I would expect your numbers to be...

[Near finished project]Do my numbers make sense or is there something missing?

That does seem a little low but I do know the V3 superchargers are going to be slightly more efficient then the V-2 series. Anyways, I have a number of questions for you but first, can we see your dyno graph? Also what do you mean when you said that you were smashing the throttle and that YOU...

    Star Wars Rogue One

I' saw the movie on Sunday and thought it was great! I can't wait to see it again and definitely liked it better than Episode 7. The musical score wasn't as good but I really enjoyed the movie. What I liked about it, was that it was from the perspective of your "average" person and not some...

Who is into building PC's/Gaming rigs?

I haven't updated my rig in a while (2011) but just snagged a 295x2 from a friend for an amazing price (upgrading from my 6970HD) and upgrading my PSU to a 1000W to power my new card. Pretty excited to see what this can do. The rest of my stuff is pretty old but should still do the job. i7...

    IW 15% pulley install help

Hey SVTP, I was grinding out 3.8" as instructed to allow for me to install my 15% IW OD pulley. While doing this, I missed the part where it says that it has to be ground down within .070" of the surface. I instead ground it down to be perfectly flush with the surface. While grinding outward...

Metco 03/04 Alt Pulley on GT Alt

Does anyone know if a Metco 03/04 alternator pulley will work on a GT alternator? I purchased a 15% OD crank pulley but now am concerned with over spinning my alternator. Seems like a 3.2 or 3.5 metco pulley would be the solution but I was curious if you guys had any thoughts. Thanks!
