im looking at getting a lund but im not sure yet
looking to put some bigger tires out back this year, the 275's just aren't working very well with that 408...i want to put at least 315's. i am probably going to have my 17' 10th anniv. wheels widened in the rear but i may end up going with 17' chrome 03/04 cobra wheels, 10.5'' for the back...
after a long ass time, i finally went into kurgan motorsports for the tune today. i am VERY pleased with the results and made more power than i expected.

big thanks to bob, mitch, and jake at kurgan motorsports! the car would not be where...
i need a set of blue oval industries smoked fog lights for 94-98 cobras. had an issue with one of mine and only have one spare left. figured id see if anyone has a set before i spend the $75 for new ones.
PM me if u got em, thanks
i know there are more mod motor guys on this site but i'd figure id pick your brains a bit too.
this oil pan came with the 408 that i got. i wanted to make sure before i put the engine in that this pan will work ok if i road race the car. i plan on doing some open track events in the future...
decided to ditch the stock longblock/boost set up after a couple blown head gaskets which ended my summer early. i wanted to build somthing that made a good amount of power, be very streetable (must also retain AC/power steering), and without using any form of power adder. so i decided i should...
building up a 408 over the winter. just wanted to see if there are any others on here with a 408. im lookin to make 550 at the crank NA which seems attainable. those of you with 408's what kind of numbers are u putting down? track time?
im planning on putting on a 98 cobra hood on the 94. i may go with a 351 (EFI) in the future and was wondering if it would fit under the new hood. i have to get the hood painted and would hate to have to get a new hood again.
thanks guys!
first off, i have yet to get onto the road course with my car but i have plans to do so. yes, i know i dont "need" all this power for a beginner but i'm a speed junky and reformed drag racer. i want my car to handle well and still put down high 11's at the strip. the engine is a 94 cobra...
ive been itchin to get my car out to see what it would run all summer but i wanted to wait for the air to cool down and till i got some dr's. i picked up some MT ET street drag radials a couple weeks ago so then it was time to wait for a cooler night. so last night i decided would be a good...

after i did the 03 center console swap, i noticed the power seat was not working. i pulled out the console today to take a look at all the connections and everything seemed to be in the right place except for one plug but from what i recall, it was always unplugged. i will post the pic of it...
dyed the 03 console black. thanks whtsuperstng for makin me the e-brake boot! i think the black turned out pretty good...looks a little funky when it meets up with the saddle dash but doesnt look too bad. then, i put the saddle console top on it, looks decent may change it back to the original...
decided to paint the lower valence on the rear bumper flat black today like how some gt's come from the factory. it was a pretty strait forward procedure. masked up the area (was kind of a bitch cuz of all the curves), mask up whole rear of the car to avoid overspray, sand down the to be painted...
i am currently running a mac cat back but it is not fitting right (96+ system on my 94) and im not really in love with the way the tail pipes look. it sounds decent but the x-pipe makes it sound to raspy.
so the question is, how do the bassani tips look on out cars? i just hate how u can see...
they are authentic cobra r's from ford racing. all of them are mint, no scratches or curb rash.
tires are ok but should be replaced. all of them are begining to dry rot and the front tires have uneven tread ware.
i am asking $400 FIRM
