i have a 04 cobra with just a lighting pulley....stock everything else...i recently purchased a predator for a local tuner.....we install the pulley tune and it only put down 340 hp and 300rwt?...so he tried the performance tune and i got 400hp and 440rwt....is this because of everything else...
