What is the difference between the 01 and the 03 irs besides the gear ratio.

I bought my car about 6 months ago and it has always seemed like it is lower than what it should be.Since where I live there are no 01 cobras within 50 miles of me can you guys measure the distance between the back bumper cover and the ground I've got like 11.5 inches.- thanks a lot

Why when I shift gears at high rpms 6200-6500 my car falls on its nose?It is stock exept for k&n, o/r x pipe,and weld in flows. :shrug:
