I don’t know if the 2.5” is going to really hold you back that much maybe a few hp but not a lot. I would say if you like the sound of the M58s I would go with them because the gains from a 3” wouldn’t be much.

What whipple did you get? Gen 5? I’m doing ok just not enough time for everything in life lol. I got mine running but still need to look at a few things for Kevin to finish my tune. Why are you thinking about selling the M58s? You know I have the M55s and I love them but I like loud lol.

I got the the intake off yesterday and filled it with water and waited to see if I could see if it was leaking and after a little bit of time I did see a small drop of water on the bottom of the intake so I guess that was the problem. Now I have to see about getting it fixed.
The new gen 5 only has one port on the bypass. Here is a video of the aeroforce gage I’m still working with Kevin on the tune so it not idling good on cold startup but when it’s warm up it will idle.
That’s what had me thinking it might be the crack.
I would say it was about 3” long but I did both sides when I did it but do you think that it would be enough to leak that much boost?
I don’t have a external sensor so I guess don’t know if it’s making more then 13 of vacuum.
Yes it goes to about 0 psi when I rev it. I would have to look how much vacuum but I think it was around 13 but I have cams.

Well the aeroforce shows vacuum but when rev it up it will go down to around 0 on the vacuum and the factory don’t move but if I drive it and romp on it the factory will go to about 6 psi and drop off for there. I would have thought it was the belt but I have had several new belts on there and...
Well the bypass is hooked up from whipple it just one line going into the bypass so it can’t be that and I routed the vacuum line just like they say to.
