I read somewhere on another site that Cobras(stock) do not make good daily drivers. Is there any truth to that? This is in relation to my poll question, I will be getting a new DD and the Cobra is in the lead by a huge margin. I personally have always liked them.

Just found out over @ viperalley.com that Underground Racing just went 7.98 @ 183 in a 6-speed Twin Turbo Viper. I had a teaser video uploaded to streetfire.com but couldn't get it to svtperformance.com. That is absolutely incredible for a FULL WEIGHT, STREET DRIVEN, IRS CAR! :bowdown:

How in the hell do you do it?????????????? I ran a search and looked in FAQ - nothing.

Short and sweet - I just drained my oil after only driving it for 1 WEEK. I put 5 quarts in and only about 4 quarts came out! I ONLY drove it for a week. :shrug: ANY help would be much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

I was a little disappointed w/ the 12.9 Car and Driver pulled off and the 13.1 Road and Track managed! I haven't seen Mototrend yet but hopefully they did better. I was expecting 12.50's w/ that kind of power even in spite of the fat-ass curb weight. Nice car none the less but not good enough...

Just found out Chad's Heffner TT Viper just went 7.99 @ unknown!!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I know. No video yet.

There is a video over @ viperalley.com of Dr. Roof's Bumble-Bee Viper running 8.55@174 w/ a 6-speed. Can't seem to get the video working. I uploaded to putfile and no luck. Pretty cool if someone can get it to work, I know I can't :shrug:

What if any, do lower gears like 4.10's or 4.56's effect the rwhp measured by the dyno? Also, same thing regarding a 3200 or 3400 stall? Any help is appreciated. :)

Who's sick ass Blue cobra was that? After he made a half pass I couldn't find him out in the pits. Just curious, it ran an 11.0 shutting it down just past half track. I had my stop watch with me. Damn thing had a parachute. Pretty badass!
