I bought the Steeda Comfort Shifter Handle for my '03 Cobra. It works GREAT compared to the stock handle. Puts it closer to the driver so the shifting requires less effort. I used it for about 30-40 miles and ended up going with a B&M entire shifter assembly. The handle wont fit this setup...
