I'm thinking of doing ceramic on my Raptor. All the windows plus the sunroof. I thought I heard somewhere in the past that if you have ceramic tint and polarized glasses, you'll get some ghosting/rainbow effect. Is that true? I wear polarized sunglasses to try to cut down on the glare since I...
Are they still making them, or did they already produce enough to cover the expected run of Raptor R’s plus GT500 and Raptor R warranty replacements? I’m not doubting you, just wondering.
I've just assumed that with the shut down of the Romeo engine line that was making the Shelby/SVT motors, along with the introduction of the Dark Horse (yuck!), that the Shelby's were probably not going to exist on the S650's?
Unfortunately no, it's not. Peacock bought the streaming rights to Yellowstone very early on, before Paramount had a streaming service. (Paramount+ is basically just the old CBS All Access service with a new name.) I read the other day that Paramount has been trying several times to purchase the...
I second River City Cafe. Fantastic burgers and we like sitting on the second story deck with a view of the water. Also, the fried mushrooms are fantastic and huge! Get them every time.
The last time we were there in October for the Mustang Stampede show, we ate at a seafood place Buba's Fish...
The rumors/leaks that I've been seeing on various places is that the "base" Raptor will continue with the 3.5 Ecoboost (possibly with tweaked power ratings) and the 10-spd auto, and that there will be a new Raptor R with the supercharged 5.2L V8 from the GT500 at 740-750 HP. Haven't seen if the...
What we're thinking of is a building that's got 2-3 roll-up garage doors and then a living area on the side of it, as opposed to above it. I say that because since it would be my dad living in it, he's already starting to have issues with stairs so it's best to keep it at ground level. I'm sure...
Pardon my ignorance, but how would that work? Build the steel building, fasten the foam boards to the outside of the metal skin, and then secure essentially a second layer of siding to the foam boards? Or are you saying to sandwich the foam between the metal frame and the metal skin of the building?
Hmm... Good call. I'll have to check and see if the town we bought the land in would allow it. And if they won't, if there's a way I can get creative... lol
I'm wondering if this idea would be a sensible one. Since metal buildings are supposed to be relatively cheap, and when we build our new house we'll want a separate living area for my dad so he's not living in the house with us, I thought this might be a good idea. I'd have wanted to have some...
