i have been reading that changing the spark plugs on the 3v motors is difficult due to carbon build up on the ground shield. this even causes plugs to break off in the heads. Has anyone had any experiences changing the plugs, and if so did you have any issues?

I am hoping to get my MGW shifter today and install it after work. i have a quick question however, do we use the stop bolts with the 01 tremec 3650 tranny? i am pretty sure that i read soemwhere that we do not. Any advice?
