How do I get the drivers side valve cover off a GT500? I have the PS reservoir loose, the hydraboost loose, and I can't get it past the hydraboost. Will raising the engine help? Or do I have to take the hydraboost off?

Since I installed the Procharger (P1SC/3-core/8#) I've since upgraded to the SCT MAF, SVT Focus fuel pump, and SCT Excal2 tuned by JMS Chips. The problem is still the same as before. Runs pretty good idle-3500, and then pig rich above that. At first I thought it was leaning out and then...
Finished installing P1SC last night. Runs visibly rich. Eventually fouls plugs and won't even idle. The only thing I haven't done is put in the cooler plugs gapped 35. Could this be the problem? I can't imagine it, but any help?
Does anyone have a spare lower 99/01 intake laying around? Maybe someone with a huffer? Help. I'm screwed. And for future reference, be very careful when knocking the freeze plugs out of the bottom for porting. The top was done and the first tap on a plug put two cracks in the manifold...
Does anyone know if the billet idler pulleys for the 94-95 or 03-04 Cobras will work on the front any other 4.6 Cobras? Or, can it be done with another bolt if necessary?
