    I agree here, have you adjusted the idle screw at all for the TB? I had to adjust my VMP big TB when I first installed mine on my 3.4. if you unplug the IAC will the car start and stay idling? If so it’s getting way too much air through the blade.

    I hope all works out, I have red flags going in my head with some of the values you have been given is all. You can give whipple a call they should have a good idea for a 4.6L mod motor what blower rpm will be required to get you 28lbs so you aren't throwing money at multiple pulley combos.

    Your pulley combo of 4" upper and 6.55" lower is only going to spin the blower at 10,600rpm at 6500rpm. 4.0L whipple is 18k max rotor rpm so you aren't going to be anywhere near 28psi I would think.
