It's time for me to do the brakes. I ran a search for brake pads and couldn't come up with much. I know everyone says Hawk pads are the best, but I would like to get a dust-less ceramic pair. Is this going to be a performance compromise or can I get a comperable pad with out the dust?

Tomorow I am installing a new alternator. My question is should I replace the voltage regulator aswell? Would they have failed together?

I need to replace my alternator, and my question is - do I want to spend the money on the direct Ford replacement or can I just buy some autozone peice and slap it in. I have no need for something fancy (only bolt-ons and stock pullies) I just don't want any issues down the road.
