How accurate is the factory oil gauge? Short story: just got the car back from motor build. Have about 85 miles on it and noticed on the way home tonight that the gauge went all the way to L at idle, but comes back up when I start moving again. Didn't have a chance to check the oil level...

It's a 2001 Red lightning, 80,833 miles. It has a new MAC catback, lower pulley, C&L intake, cams (not sure on specs as they were in the truck when purchased), dyno tuned. Asking $21,000 or obo.

Tried the search engine..... need some help. On our 99, when I run the A/C it causes the coolant temp to start rising after a few miles. I could possibly understand this happening if I am sitting in traffic, but it occurs while going down the freeway at 70. Has anyone seen this before...
