So my mechanic said he thinks I spun a bearing in my engine, so I was wondering how much a average rebuild costs, I would like to go forged but dunno if i have the money. can some one help me out with some good sites to look at parts.

after I installed my headers I started to get this kinda like a chirping noise, and I just thought the header was rubbing on the frame, so I tried to fix that and it still does it. Just lately it started to get really bad, has anyone else had this noise? Can someone help me.Click Here

Well I finally ordered my LT BBK ceramic headers and off road H pipe today and was wondering what else I need to buy/borrow and what not to get the job done without having to run out in the middle of the install to get something. I think I need to get some OEM gaskets, is that all?

This question is for anyone who has removed the trim on their croners. How hard is it to remove and what did you use? I looked at mine and it looks like you cant just pull it off because it is in between the 2 pieces of plastic, so does it need to be cut out or what?

Well I ordered a SPEC stage 3 clutch the other day and am just wondering how hard it is to install myself with my dad's help? I dont have a lift and i do have a few air tools. And is there any info I should know?

well this is an estimate I got for an exhaust install and I was just wondering if that is outrageous because I think it is a little high. Also I was thinkin I could just have them install the headers and hve my car towed home and I install the mid and catback myself. What do you all think?

Well i found a set of bbk ceramac L/T headers but the guy had to dent them a llittle bit so they didnt hit part of his car. Will this be a restriction of any kind?
