I have had no luck with finding anything aftermarket. I did send my old stock inverter to Bill and he said he could repair it, but he's been busy and hasn't gotten around to it.

Does anybody know which circuit board stores your mileage? The mini board that has the odemeter plug? Or the large board that houses your lights/connects to the gauges etc?

A coupe under 60k for less than $20k is a hard find. A vert is very doable though

Could it have anything to do with the alternator on these motors being mounted so low on the engine? It seems to only happen when it's raining buckets, and the alternator is going to pick up water from the road.

Yes I am following this topic too as my backlighting does not come on at all anymore (I'm using the digital speedo at night for the time being). I believe that -05 inverter is the correct one, but I do not know how to wire up that dimmer as our gauges already have it built into the headlight switch.
