Looking for a working 6 disc unit sitting on a shelf from someone who maybe replaced theirs with an aftermarket unit. Unfortunately I just learned the hard way that the part number must be an exact match or the harness will not work. So if you have one and can confirm it is a "CA" then reply or...
In 2010, Lethal's dual 255 Walboro return setup went in my car. Gas smell unbearable. Not interested in a he-said she-said, I did not blame Lethal and they did not blame me. Lethal was very responsive as I tried to diagnose the problem.
A few years went by and I spent a lot of time traveling...
These shafts were never raced on and changed out for DSS a while back.
These shafts are missing the inner CV/tripod (hence the blue goo in the pic) because that part goes onto the DSS shafts.
BUT, you can easily reuse the inner CV of your existing shaft assuming it is compatible.
Make...
I went Whipple a year ago and am just now getting around to selling my stock parts.
Make me a market offer on this, I prefer to sell all pieces but will consider parsing. Given demand for blowers in this condition please assume you are bidding competitively before posting or sending a PM...
Here was the kit you used to be able to buy before it was discontinued:
Price was $700 + shipping

I'm getting a lot of gas smell from the top of my tank (after car has been shut off and sat in the garage) and wondering if pressure is being relieved through the open vent on top of the tank since the PPRV was deleted. Why is it ok to delete this anyway with a return setup, because there is an...
I think I am missing a hose after my return fuel install. One of the vents is simply venting to the atmosphere and I'm wondering if that is what is causing the fuel smell I have. Does anyone have a schematic or pics of where the blue vents on top of the tank go?
Thanks
For a sanity check, wondering if any of you have gotten your car to pass emissions with return fuel? I brought mine out to CA from Detroit and am hoping this won't be an issue. From a testing perspective, I would expect it to pass.
I have a dual Walboro return setup with the Fore hat.
I've tried two different gaskets now, can't get the thing to seal. Watching gas flow out of the unsealed area between the top hat and tank.
My next steps are either RTV or trying to use two gaskets.
Also thinking about using longer...
Troubleshooting a really bad gas smell.
Upon inspection after dropping my tank my overflow valve spring thing at the end of the filler neck is completely busted off. I thought I had a fuel leak at the top hat (Fore return setup) because it was only occurring when the tank was completely full...
I need to drain my gas tank today (top hat is leaking).
I have a dual walboro return setup.
My plan is to disconnect the return line near the tank, and then run the pumps with the engine off to drain all the fuel into a gas can.
How/where do I jump the return pumps? Thanks
Hey guys... my car will arrive in Novato (Bay Area - North Bay - Marin County) this Saturday. I have a whipple charged black 10th vert. I put the stock mid pipe on it and have the EGR and O2 sensors fully functioning - expect to pass smog. That said, I have to get through the visual and if...
I just shipped my whipple Cobra from Detroit yesterday to my home in CA. Anyone know a friendly smog tester in the area? I'm confident my car is set up to pass the sniff test outright, but I don't want to deal with visual issues or general bother from a boy scout tester. If anyone has a...
I bought a dual GT 500 BAP but do not have dual FPDMs..currently. Has anyone wired up a new stly dual BAP in our cars? Wondering what wiring adjustments I need to make. Thanks
I've had a number of people tell me that a BAP is not required for return style, but I am wondering 1) if anyone out there has included it, 2) why, and 3) how did you wire it up?
I'm leaning towards not using it but am curious if anyone has used it with a return setup...
In response to the numerous threads inquiring about my whereabouts, I am still living and working in California. I get home a few times a year, but unfortunately have not driven the Cobra in a long time. It is garaged, and the turbo kit is still in the closet. It will probably stay there until I...
