That is one thing I haven't tried yet. Didn't think it would adjust the spring correctly by doing so. If I can't get it figured out then I guess that will be my last option though

I sure do, I can only assume that they're heating up the fresh air that's coming into the floorboard while I'm driving

Is there any way to have recirculate on without running the AC on these cars?

Wondering if this is normal or if I have something going on with a blend door or something. I've noticed if I don't have my AC on the car has hot air passively blowing in from the floor vents. I know on newer model cars, air comes through the vents unless the recirculate button is pressed, but...
