Setting up plx module to datalog on X4..need help!

I did buy the plx off ebay. I also did make a connector that worked fantastic for logging. I ended up selling the car, but still have the connector/wire for logging. If anyone sees this and needs the cord/connector for logging let me know and I'll send it your way as I have no use for it...

    What is this noise?

Sounds like the coupler or bearing inside the Blower took a poop. You'll need to take the snout off to inspect. Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk

    Lower pulley removal

I had to use the breaker bar with an extension and car jack trick. Worked like a charm, after wrestling it for a couple hours trying to avoid having to use that method. Made a loud noise so be prepared, but nothing should be harmed. Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk

    Offset/back space

Thanks for the response. From my understanding weld wheels are lug centric vs hub centric, therefore the bore size shouldn't matter? Please excuse me if I'm mistaken. Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk

    Offset/back space

I may have found some wheels at a good price that I like for my car. The only problem is they're currently sitting on a 370z. I got the measurements from weld, and everything looks like they should work but would like some real expert and real world advice. They're either 17x10 or 17x10.5 with...

Snub idler broke my pulley bridge and alt bracket!

Wondering if I could just get away with buying a new alternator idler pulley bracket and just jb weld the broken piece from the bridge. It appears the piece broken on the bridge is just a locating hole for the bolt that threads into the bracket behind the bridge. Would save me a few hundred...

Snub idler broke my pulley bridge and alt bracket!

Appreciate the response. I bought two HD belts, which were brand new and were giving me slip. I tried getting the next size down on and couldn't for the life of me so I figured I had the tightest belt possible for my set up. It's stock crank pulley, one 90mm pulley, 3 100mm pulley (including...

Snub idler broke my pulley bridge and alt bracket!

Yeah, that's the only pic I have on my phone, unfortunately. But from where it rests with no belt, that stop is about half inch to three quarters an inch over from resting spot. I do have some smaller idlers I could throw on to give it less tension. Or, like you said, I could go back to a...

Snub idler broke my pulley bridge and alt bracket!

When I had the green belt, I was getting tons of slippage I think because it was too loose, however I couldn't get the next size lower on to save my life. I went with same size belt, for HD and RPM. For the rpm belts I believe you want tension to be about 25-30% and that's where I felt it was...
