They're brand new, I ordered them in November, got them around January. The one wheel lost air but my car was at the shop getting work done so I never got to see what was wrong with it, I assumed it was the tire until I got in dunk tested and seen it leaking from behind the bolts.

Yeah they said to send it back, but it took me 8 weeks just to get the wheels from when I ordered them and i dont want to risk it taking too long to receive them back for the possibility of them leaking again. But I’ll figure it out, just want the car ready for once it’s warm out lol

Yeah if it doesn’t seal after this time I might just get them welded IDC at this point lmaoo

Yeah trust me I know, but it is what it is and honestly their customer service after weld bought them out is so bad

And last thing is, the silicone I'm using is the Dow 732, just want to make sure this one is good to use, I chose it because of 2 forms I found recommending it.

So i just got done resealing it and its leaking again thats why i was asking. If i reseal the barrel again, should i torque the bolts first then apply the silicone in between the barrels or hand tighten them, apply silicone and then torque to spec? I just figured maybe tightening the barrel...

are you saying I should just take the seal off and and try re sealing the whole wheel? And also how do you get air out of the silicone?

Well I planned on taking the face off with the tire still on, hoping just sealing up the face will fix it

I did not put silicon around the face, when I took the wheel apart there was no silicone around the face either from the factory. I know this sounds silly but I was thinking for my last shot, I’d put silicon or some sort of RTV on the Nut and tighten it down and then put a little around the...

So I let it cure for 3 days, got it mounted today and it’s leaking behind the bolts again. F This wheel, just going to send it back to CCW. I can’t understand how airs getting passed a brand new seal along with the loctite nuts torqued to 32lbs

Yes I bought the Dow thankfully. Finally got all the old silicone off, I had to use a wire brush on a gun, other wise that crap was almost impossible to get off. Cleaned everything, put wheel back together hand tight, going to seal now then torque after, thanks for the input!

Yeah I don’t want to wait either, videos I watched it seems very straight forward to re seal it. You’d think for $5,000 the wheels would be perfect
