Here is the link to that article, the c heads are much different than the B heads in design. I know many performance shops and builders use B and 03 heads instead of the C heads.

My local junkyard has three 03 aviators in the yard. I honestly don't mind lapping valves or replacing valve guides.
The flow data Ive found for all three heads actually shows a pretty big gap between the 03 and C heads. I graphed the data and found that the B head intake runners flow better...
Ive decided I'm going with the 03+ 4v heads, I can get a set from an aviator for $154. Ive also decided to go carb for the moment with the Sullivan intake.
I plan to boost eventually. Im a college student so building a 4v in general is quite the financial undertaking at the moment, especially a boosted one.

All they dyno sheets Ive looked at for the 96-98 cobras and 99-01 cobras seem to drop off in power around 6200rpm. Does your car feel like its making power above there? I can weld and have seen several PSR intakes but with no results on how they made power.
