OK so after being out for 2 years, I'm not happy with my retirement outlook as a mechanic.. wtf was I thinking? LOL.
Did 10, ETS'ed as a SSG 19D3P, and active Army won't take me back for some stupid reason.. I guess they would rather dump hundreds of thousands of dollars into putting some...
FS: 97 Cobra IMRC motor, works great and includes both cables, my IMRC plates developed a vacuum leak via the end bearing (yes weird) so I turned the plates into deletes via epoxy and deleted the motor. 50 shipped plus paypal fees, thanks.

Checked the timeslip thread, it doesn't really list if any are convertibles.. My wife's 97 vert seems slow for a Cobra. Last night it ran a best of [email protected] mph. Previously it ran 14.79 at 95.xx, both were with me at the wheel. It weighs 3488 on my Longacre scales, and I weigh about 200...
FS: pair of C heads from a 99 Cobra. Includes chains, gears, secondary chains, cams, followers, lash adjusters, etc. Still assembled. #8 intake valves kissed a piston after it broke off a rod, not visibly bent but I would recommend getting them checked prior to running, otherwise look to be...
Definitely made some positive improvements..I'm still significantly behind the faster drivers but I've cut several seconds off the gap over the last few events. Next stop is Greenville with Tarheel Sports Car Club again :) I can't seem to get enough of this! Way too much fun for a reformed...
I wore my old BFG's bald and decided to try something new from Nitto:
Initial impression is that they're decidedly stiffer and much quieter than the BFG's.. I didn't even realize how much road noise the G-Force T/A DRII's were giving off, I've ran them for 5 years LOL...
Hi again all, been a while since I posted here lol..
Looks like I'm getting my wife into a 97 Cobra 'vert next week, it's Crystal White/Tan leather like my 94 with a tan top..

We have an 06 F-150 FX4 and need some new tires for it, looking for something a bit larger for the stock 18's on it..
I'm primarily looking at Nitto Terra Grapplers and BFG All Terrains. I've used the BFG's on my older F-150 for years and love them, how do the Nitto's compare? Nitto makes...

Like title says, intake off my 94, ported by Tom Moss, matched to 1250 Fel-pro. Tom is the man for these intakes, he knows exactly what to hog them to! Costs 125 plus shipping both ways for just this port job, would like to get 200 shipped for lower. Also have a Downs box upper that fits it...
