Wow. I appreciate your more detailed explanation of corporate sales. I have seen these cars for 40 years, executives driving a new product every year. This is not what I am referring to.
I think we are mostly saying the same thing. I have personally purchased many A Plan vehicles over the...
No, I do not work for a dealership. I am only a Ford Enthusiast like most on this board. A very well connected enthusiast who has purchased and collected Ford vehicles over many years.
All VIP orders come from the Corporate Office. They originate from corporate areas such as Ford Performance...
Absolutely, VIP sales have nothing to do with end consumer retail sales. In my experience, they are invited/approved by upper levels of Ford and are considered non-allocated production and sales having no ADM, similar to A Plan. Dealerships are required to facilitate the VIP order and retail...
Whoa… I did not think the Liberal “Cancel Culture” had infiltrated SVT Performance! It has not been my intent to be argumentative nor defensive, only to have a constructive conversation for the benefit of all.
Regarding any potential name calling, all Dealership Staff, Performance Partners and...
You are reading way to much into this, my friend. Don't take it personal, we're just having a conversation here.
Point is, anyone can order an allocated 2021 GT500 Base Model with optional CFHP or Painted Stripe, provided the dealership has at least a base allocation.
As you know, when an...
Absolutely! My reference is to not requiring a Golden Ticket, (or special sub-allocation), for CFHP or Painted Stripes for 2021 GT500. These are optionable to base model orders. All 2021 GT500s require both prior registry with Ford and an allotted allocation, except non-allocated VIP cars...
I am told this is not the case. The CFHP is not a Golden Ticket, not a Special Edition, nor a Special Allocation. It is an option to the Base Model.
An no, Ford is not limiting production to 200 units. They reportedly will limit total GT500 production to 2500-3000 units due to commodity issues.
Here is the current Production Scheduling:
January 11, 2021
January 18, 2021
January 25, 2021
February 1, 2021
February 8, 2021
February 15, 2021
February 22, 2021
As you can see, they are currently completing scheduling for weeks of April, 2021. Production should begin next...

Well said, Boss!
I will take the Mach-E and park it right next to my GT500 and Tuscany/Shelby Truck. This will be a great city car when I do not care to take the Shelby downtown. BTW, the Tremec DTC is badass! ;)
See you on the track.

Saw my first two Ford Mustang Mach-E vehicles at my dealer last week, one was sold to the Amazon President and the other was a demo vehicle. I had an opportunity to drive it and was very suprised. Especially loved the technology, All-Electric, AWD and the incredible speed. My Boss demo'd the car...
Like this Base Model Carbonized Gray Metallic, OTT Painted Stripe, CFHP w/Carbon Fiber Painted Wheels that I built on the Ford Mustang Build & Price website? I do not believe this requires a Golden Ticket.
I ordered a 2021 Carbonized Gray Metallic CFTP. After looking closely at several examples of this color, I think it is beautifully aggressive and subdued at the same time. This will be a great color for both casually driving and the track.
You can always get Iconic Silver, but you cannot always...
I am impressed with the FP PCV Oil separator, especially the plumbed-in drain line that requires no service. Been using Steeda Separators on my performance builds which are basically an enhanced canning jar. Wonder how much Ford Performance will be asking for this over-engineered vacuum/oil...
