Gears make a TON of difference in these cars. I had 3.73s in my first yellow car paired with an E-cam and full bolt ons and it was pretty stout. The '97 Cobra had 4.10s, that's the minimum I'd ever run with a mod motor car.

So awesome. I got tired of the round body style and always wanted a Mach, so that's what I scooped this time around. But I had 2 super clean CY GTs, a '94 and a '95 and then a clean '97 CW Cobra. Would love to pick up another round body Cobra some day. It's so rare to see one now

New wheels and tires, adjusted the coilovers down a touch. I think she sits pretty good now.

Got the FRs mounted, adjusted the front down roughly 3/8" and softened the shocks all around. LOVE how she sits now and rides pretty nice. These 295s are just as wide as the old 315s too.

^Agreed. N/A mod motors are hard pressed to hit 400, you'd have to have a pretty radical setup and then it wouldn't be very fun except at full tilt. Plus, you'd spend more to build the motor N/A than you would to slap a blower/turbo on it. Go boost, that's my plan for my Mach. Leave the motor...
