Got together with my brother and his '70 Mach 1 at a local car show. He won 70's era best and I won 80's and newer best. Got the cars together after the show and got some pics.

The main brace between the frame rails doesn't fit, it is too long. I wrestled with it and banged on it but to no avail. Anybody else have this problem? Should I grind the frame rail down? I need anothe 1/8" to make it fit.

Well I finally made it to Houston Raceway Park with my Lightning. I've had it since last summer and with 8000 miles on it now with a JDM street tune and a 4# pulley and air filter here are my three best times from tonite. I only had 6 runs and three were throwaways. I couldn't hook the F1's...

:-D Is the boost bypass mod necessary once you have a custom tune? Does the custom tune prevent the boost dump or should I go ahead and do the boost bypass mod after my pulley and tune install? I appreciate it.

Anybody got this new product yet? I have one coming from JDM with my Lightning Special package instead of the chip. My stock days are numbered... :-D

Well since I don't own a boat, camper or trailer and I don't do any towing, would dropping the hitch assembly be a good idea? Dead weight but it is in the rear might help with traction? :shrug:

I tagged the curb leaving work today and got some curb rash on my right rear wheel. Damn, that sucks. Is there any way to get it fixed at a wheel place? :cryying:
