Almost positive it’s the lines. The cylinder is clean and there’s no fluid on the connector where it screws in. The fluid appears to be leaking where the connector is crimped onto the line.
Pulled the back seats out last night, so I could take a look at why the convertible top won't come up by itself. Turns out, there's a leaky line and it's low on fluid. Got a set of lines on the way. Should be back operational in no time.
The previous owner said that he thought it was the cylinder. It will go down just fine, but won't come up on its own. I thought about checking fluid level as well.
It was a one-owner with 108k miles. Only mods are subframe connectors and a Centerforce clutch.
I'm not gonna do a ton to it. I'll probably do wheels, tint and a cat back. The clutch needs adjusting and the top needs help coming up, so I've gotta figure out what's wrong there.
