Are you still looking? I'm debating on selling mine to pay off some debt..125k miles, whipple supercharged, loads of fun but the paint has some rock chips.
I've tried searching the forums but didn't see anything.. 03 cobra w/ pypes H pipe...this thing hangs LOW. The car is lowered which does not help. but even then, the H pipe hangs about an inch from the ground, i have literally scraped on a cigarette pack in the road. It's doing a number on my...
Recently my 03 cobra has been feeling off, a little sluggish, harder to start and when im cruising in 1st of 2nd gear(Stop sign to stop sign), it will occasionally miss and ill feel the car kind of..lurch. I did a small data log just to get an idea and im mostly clueless at what im looking...
Thank you for all of your input guys! I was thinking the car may be around 15k and a lot of you seem to concur, but you also brought up some very good points about just keeping it and driving the wheels off it, which i think is what i'll end up doing. It's a damn blast to own this car, color...
That's fair, and the part i struggle with. I want to drive the car i buy, i just don't know how long these motors tend to last. Hoping a while, because they're expensive.
So, it actually runs and drives great, the only reason i think it needs to be retuned is i see on my x4 tuner that the long term fuel trim is at 20% below or above perfect when cruising
Good advice! the lights are on my list, though i'm debating on doing a projector retrofit project, but the supplies are $500. The tune however is something im not sure about, because i'm not sure who will be buying the car or where they're from, so if it goes to a low altitude area, it would...
Color is a factor yes, i would love to have one in Oxford white, or sonic blue. I do love to drive the car as much as possible, it's an absolute riot, which is kind of why i was ok with buying a high mileage cobra anyway.
:D They have been going a little crazy lately, i got flamed for calling out 2v guys on listing their cars for 10-15k, what is going on in the community??
Debating on selling my cobra to purchase a lower mileage cobra, though i'm at a loss on what it may be worth, that's where you come in. What would you consider a reasonable price with the specs below?

No codes, I’ll likely have it re-tuned, is there any concerns with using American Muscle? They’re considerably cheaper and tune far more cars than any shop in close to
I’m concerned with the tune that’s on the car. I bought this car in October of 2018 and have not touched it. Now I’m worried that I shouldn’t be driving it at all
Did a short idle/rev data log, and i'm concerned with what i see. Short term showing bank 1 max is 1.19 and bank 2 is max at 1.20, i've been told anything over 5% is bad...so at 20% im down right worried. Am i understanding that correctly? or should i not be worried? Car has dual fuel pumps...
I'm in Grand Rapids so about 4-6 hours, not too bad.

Maybe the tuner is the issue then. This tuner was actually ordered for my 2004 Mustang GT, but kept it when i sold the car and have been using if for my cobra just to read values, this tuner has not actually done any tuning to the car, just read values. It does have an xpipe as well.
