My 03 Cobra currently has a 2.85 pulley on it. I just got a 100mm aux idler, and 3 90mm replacement pulleys (dual bearing). I plan to install tomorrow. Do I need a new belt? If so what length? I've looked at the belt charts online but I'm not really sure what i need.

Trying to nail down what I need here, with a 2.3 tvs gen 2, looking to make close to 700rwhp on e85, do i need to go return style system. I asked this in the blower sub forum and it was reccomended that I get id1000s and a BAP. Is that all I need fuel wise. J see so many on here talking about...

So boost a pump and id1000s will get the job done? No upgraded pumps or return style system necessary? Any downside to doing boost a pump and injector only? Is there a higher risk factor vs a full return system?

I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on here about th he killer chiller....last thing I want is a poorly functioning or not functioning AC system....its basically a year round requirement here in South Texas.
