If you are in PA as your name suggests any vehicle driven under 5000 miles per year should be exempt from emission testing. It may depend on the county you are in as well.

I am still relatively new to these cars having only owned foxbodies before this. I purchased this car in December from the second owner. What attracted me to this car was its originality. Minus the exhaust (SLP) and wheels it is all stock with just over 91k. The car sat for them past two years...
