Looks like a lot of damage for such little usage. Get it ground - not machined. If you tried to machine it the tool would chatter over the heat checks and you’d get a poor job. Often times the diaphragm will lose tension when the clutch has been badly overheated but this (at least in the pics)...
Yes, that’s the plan box the frame and do the Crown Vic front suspension swap. I’ve got a Lincoln Versailles rear diff with the factory disc brake setup to put on the rear.
