That’s not true. ADTR.net sells a procharger kit. But nobody makes a roots kit. Depending on what you would want, You’d be better off swapping a terminator motor in.

As far as collectors vehicle registration goes California has nothing like that. There are smog exempt counties in the state but you will be no where near one.
