Like title says theres a weird whistling sound coming from the front of the car. Its a 99 cobra with a fresh rebuild only 1100 on motor. Does not happen at idle, rpm does not affect it, clutch in clutch out doesnt affect it, and its not constant fades in and out sometimes will be screaming...

Have the chance to pick up a set of ccw sp500 for a decent price. Problem is they're 19s and dont see many people running 19s on their new edge body style. They came off a 04 cobra. Any opinions will help!
