I am looking for a cold air induction system for my 03. Any suggestions? And also is it possible to suck up water with the thru the fender well units ?

I have been reading the posts, mainly the kills , alot of big ego's involved. Just bought a 2003 SVT Cobra {Brand New ] and also own a 2002 stock Z06 , and unless I got a lemon, there is no way a stock Cobra will even come close to a Z06, not bashing them in anyway, just from what I have read...
