I have a 2010 that came with nav and the shaker 500 however that kit works with both shaker systems. Wiring wasn’t any more difficult than any other stereo I’ve installed I did have to reprogram the steering wheels controls to have them match up.
And the radio is a pioneer avic 8500...
Great numbers Danny has my Shelby right now as we are building the engine. I’m pretty similar to your however I’m using the KB 4.2 and we are running a higher compression.

I just installed a pioneer avic8400 in my 2010 and with the metra kit install was easy and with a 10 dollar piece I was able to use the factory xm antenna

I know I’m not the norm but when I do anything to my car I always get the best so I would do the level 4 and 1300’s. I’m sure it could be done cheaper but fuel delivery isn’t something Id go cheap on.

When I replaced my o2s last fall the replacement ones from ford had longer wires running from the o2s I believe all the new ones from ford now come that way.

I was running 835rwhp on my 2010 with e85 for 2 years before I pulled the engine to get it built. I think it’s more rpm based more than hp I was always shifting before it was close to redline.

The idata is just the harness to get everything to work with the factory wiring. You have 2 choices when installing a radio using a aftermarket dash kit that relocates the radio below or have a custom installer create a mounting bracket and frame to put the radio in the factory spot.

If your gonna replace the deck you will lose the factory CD player slot. And the climate controls will display on your new screen if you use the idata link and the radio has the newer technology in it.
However depending on how much you care about audio your best bet would be to change...
Not to sure of the difference between the shaker 500 and 1000 amps for signal quality but if your looking for real quality audio your most likely gonna need to replace the radio, amps and speakers.

I was told by Van at revan and Bj at vmp that the only safe way to go e85 with a pre13 was full return style fuel system so I wouldn't trust doing it any other way. That would be a expensive lesson to learn
