Hey partner. Thank you for the reply. Yours is an LFP unit. I’m really on the hunt for a black moroso but will keep yours in mind I appreciate you reaching out
I appreciate you sharing your experience. I've been on the fence about one and now glad I waited. I agree for that amount of money there should be no guess work with the installation process. I'm sorry to hear you're having that trouble and hope you get it resolved very shortly.
For anyone that runs into this problem/idea that runs a MS3 and stock fuel system, I figured it out and have some directions:
I had to change the fuel pump settings from closed loop to on/off. Then entered test I/O mode and with the duty cycle change to 48%, that's what allowed me to activate...
I have the same sentiment. Take your time and it will pay off. Don't get so frustrated that you want to give up. A little more work and you're there. The light is at the end of the tunnel.
This is my plan I'm leaning towards. I have and MS3 so I can hopefully try to figure out how to get a file to have the pumps run with key on, then my plan was to unhook at the fuel filter and put a line to a gas tank.
I just got a new engine from MHS and don’t want to question any air pockets or the process in general. What’s 100ish bucks for peace of mind when I’ve spent close to 20k on a motor? To me it’s worth it.
Trying to understand with this tool if you would suction/fill at the coolant crossover port or at the expansion tank?
