Does anyone have or know of where I can get OEM leaf springs?

So after a lot of crawling around, it has a JLT intake with a Cat-Back exhaust, the lower pulley says Ford so i am assuming its stock, upper pulley is just under 3 inches so same for that. My front tire has 2 inches of clearance and my rear 3 inches. With silver springs i am assuming a bell tech...

So i am in the process of buying a Lightning for my new "project car". Is there a noticeable difference between a 00 and a 03 if i plan on modifying it? Both trucks r the same its just the 00 has 105k for 16 and the 03 has 58k for 21. Is it worth the extra cash for having all the changes for the 03?

So I am looking at a Lightning currently, it's an 03, stock with 58k, they are asking 20k. Based on what I've seen it adds up most range between 15-23. I haven't seen it yet being its in Houston and I'm in New Orleans. I'm am looking for any inputs good or bad regarding this, when I bouht my ATS...
