I was getting a good pull in 1st to second I get in second I notice the car makes a strange noise when it hits 5000 RPM and it wont pull past it, the gear shifter starts shaking violently even when I put it in neutral. So I turn off the car turn it on and get going, I pull again, doesn't happen...

So I changed the rotors to EBC rotors and the pads are hawk pads, so they come painted in black and obviously when the pads grab on they remove the paint. The problem is the LEFT rotor still has a streak of paint in the middle while the right rotor has 90% of it removed. So what's going on here...
