    SVTOA NOT Responding to emails

    So at the beginning of March I joined the SVTOA and as of 4/28/16 I have yet to receive anything. I paid for my membership and I have emailed them twice with no response. How long does it take to receive your welcome package, and is there any other way to get ahold of them?
