Has anyone had any experiences with brands like Lebra and the covercraft front bumper bra's? Don't want clear bra as of right now and just want something to protect the front. Let me know which one has worked out best for you guys. Thanks.
Has anyone on here installed a procharger on their 2018 stang? Thinking about trading in my ‘14 and getting and 18+ and procharging it. Any feedback for those who have done it? Let me know! Thanks!
Paxton is great too! But I don't understand the reasoning behind them saying they like the paxton because it makes good power and reliable for DD. In the end it's all the same stuff, the procharger will be reliable and will make great power as well. Both are great brands and you really can't go...
Very true. IAT's did not change at all after the procharger install. Don't listen to the people whole complain about the placement of the air intake. They are wrong.
I am pretty sure it was the procharger. But I might add a pcv breather on the driver side to ensure it isn't the procharger that is leaking when I get it back. I guess we will see what procharger says when they receive it. It may have been motor oil after all.
I did and it didn't seem like it had oil. So I added 6 ounces then drained it and it was 12 ounces of oil in there.... So maybe it was oil getting into the intake from the PCV valve. I'll see what procharger tells me. Should have it back within a week.
Got home today and noticed oil on the ground. Checked to see if it was oil filter or drain plug and was not. Decided to check out the procharger and sure enough I see oil around the outlet tube that goes from the procharger to the intercooler. Has this happened to anyone else? Just got it...
Just got my mustang procharged and would like a boost gauge to make sure I am making correct boost? What gauges do you guys recommend? I've been strongly considering this one for a little bit: https://www.americanmuscle.com/dualcolor-digital-boost-electric-bluered.html
Any experiences with that...
That's what I'll most likely be doing. Don't see why I would take it off since the procharger isnt that bad of an install with the cj on there. Paxton is a different story.
The thing is I really just want the stock manifold back on. But I got a deal on the Cj manifold with the twin 65 that I couldnt pass up. So I bought it and installed it, it's only been on for about a month or two. Which is the main reason why I am trying to keep the CJ on there. If anything I'll...
I actually am strongly considering the procharger now. I have the Cj manifold as well and I think the paxton would be a pain in the butt to install with the cj manifold bc of it's placement. But since the procharger sits to the side of the motor it shouldn't be too much of a problem.. just a...
Hello! So I've been strongly considering getting a paxton procharger some time this summer. What parts do you guys recommend to go with it? Parts as in like what kind of injectors, BAP, etc.. what do I need to ensure the car will run perfect? Any tips would help. Thanks!
